Evan grew up in Longview, Washington spending time working on a horse ranch and participating with his local FFA chapter. That’s where he was inspired to work outdoors, so when the chance came for a seasonal job with Washington State Parks in 2012, he went for it.
After several years of working in the Vancouver area, Seidl moved to Newport, Oregon and began his career with Oregon State Parks at Beverly Beach in 2015. In 2017 Seidl accepted a position at Cottonwood Canyon State Park, and as of 2018 is now working between both Cottonwood Canyon and Deschutes State Recreation Area. He takes his position as a Park Ranger to heart knowing it is part of his job to help build memories and experiences for visitors that will last a lifetime, keeping people coming back for generations.

Asa has worked for OPRD since 2011, where he started as a seasonal at Sunset Bay state park, he became full time in 2014 and worked there until August of 2018. Asa took a new position at Cottonwood Canyon starting September of 2018.
Asa is an east-side native, and grew up in Spray, Oregon. He went to college at Eastern Oregon university earning a degree in Art with a concentration in ceramics. He did track and field through college specializing in the decathlon and high jump.
Asa enjoys spending time with his wife and 19 month old son, making pottery/art, brewing beer, playing sports and most outdoor activities.
Stanley comes from La Grande, Oregon where he worked for City Parks & Recreation. Prior to that he worked as a Park Ranger in Kansas for the Army Corps of Engineers. He grew up in Walla Walla, Washington. Stanley and his wife are happily raising two very active little boys and a wonderful little girl.
